Ingredients

1 lb Korean Barbecue Seasoned 85% Lean Ground Beef

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce or tamari

1 tbs finely grated peeled fresh ginger

1 tsp cornstarch

1/2 head napa cabbage, halved lengthwise and shredded crosswise (about 4 cups)

1 large carrot, cut into 2-inch-long matchstick-size strips

3 green onions (white and green parts), thinly sliced

3/4 cup (not packed) fresh cilantro sprigs

Twelve 6-inch corn or flour tortillas, warmed

Method

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook, breaking up meat into large clusters, for 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. In small bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, and 1/3 cup water. Add sauce mixture to beef and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, onions, and cilantro.
  4. Divide beef filling among tortillas. Top with cabbage mixture.
