Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 lb Taco Seasoned 85% Lean Ground Beef
2 tsp all purpose flour
One 15-oz can black beans, drained, rinsed
12 to 14 oz restaurant-style corn tortilla chips
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
Accompaniments: Sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, thinly sliced jalapeños, and cilantro leaves

- Stir in flour and 1/3 cup water and cook 1 minute, or until sauce clings to beef. Fold beans through beef mixture. Season with salt.
- Arrange half of chips on large nonstick baking sheet. Top with half of beef mixture, then half of each cheese. Repeat layering with remaining chips, meat, and cheeses. Bake about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted throughout and bubbling.
