3 tbs fish sauce or 1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tbs sugar

2 tbs fresh lime juice

1 tbs finely chopped peeled fresh ginger

1 lb Caramelized Onion Seasoned 85% Lean Ground Beef, formed into 12 patties

1/3 cup mayonnaise

4 crusty French rolls, split open

1 cup fresh cilantro sprigs

1 carrot, julienned

1/2 English cucumber, shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In medium bowl, whisk fish sauce or soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, ginger, and 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Set sauce aside.
  2. Oil grill grates, sprinkle beef patties with salt, and grill patties 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Transfer grilled patties to bowl with sauce and toss to coat.
  3. Spread mayo over rolls. Divide patties, cilantro, carrots, and cucumbers among rolls. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
